Waist length jacket with zipper front, all leather,  front and back yokes with hidden identification panels, leather collar, leather band and military  styling.

PATCH POCKETS

Each front shall have: Inverted pleated patch pockets 7” wide 8.5” tall with side and top entry. Pocket flap to measure 3” by 7” with double hidden snap closure. Left pocket flap to have pencil pocket 1” wide.

HAND POCKETS

Each front shall have vertical pocket all leather bound 8” long with zipper closure. Zipper to be nylon size #5.

POCKETING

All pocketing to be 100% cotton kasha cloth.

SLEEVES

Two piece with cuff. Cuff to be 1.5” wide with elastic and double snap adjustment.

FRONTS

Placket style with storm closure. Placket is 2.5” wide with six size 24 ligne snaps & zipper closure.

FRONT ZIPPER

Front zipper to be 2-way size 10  black nylon genuine “YKK”.

EPAULETS

One per shoulder all leather 2" wide 8" long; box and “X” stitched on each end with center left open with snap closure.

COLLAR

All leather 4” wide.

PANELS

Dimensions: Front--4" x 7.5"
                    Back-- 5" x 16"
"SHERIFF”  to be screen printed on each panel with reflectorized blue ink on a lime yellow nylon backing.

YOKES

Sewn on each front and across the back with secured panel that can be hidden when in "up" position and visible when "down". Panels to zip off & be held up and concealed by velcro.

HANGER

All leather sewn and centered between neck lining and collar 1.5" in length.

PERMANENT
LINING

100% nylon taffeta, 160 x 90 pic; 70 denier. Liner yokes to have nylon mesh liner.

REMOVABLE
LINING

Polyfleece with 100 gram "3M Thinsulate" .  Neck to have knit collar. Liner held in place with zipper each side and center collar snap.

LEATHER BAND

All leather 2” wide with back inner elastic.

SIDE ZIPPERS

10”  nylon each side size #5 with leather binding,  keeper strap & snap closure.

PIT ZIPPER

Installed in each underarm seam 8” in length with ventilation mesh.

INSIDE POCKETS

Each permanent front liner panel patch pocket  6” X  9” with 5” zipper closure. Each zip-out front liner panel patch pocket 6” x 6”.  

BADGE TAB

All leather sewn on left front chest with gun metal black eyelets 1.25” apart center to center.

FUSING

Pocket flaps,collar, and zipper facings shall be reinforced with "Leather Aide" inner facing or equivalent.

LEATHER MUST PASS A MINIMUM OF 1,000 CYCLES GRAMS OF WEIGHT WITH A CS-10 WHEEL USING A "TABOR" 5150 ABRASOR.

SIZING

VENDOR SHALL BE CAPABLE OF PROVIDING SIZES S-5X  IN REGULARS, LONGS, AND SHORTS.

SERVICE

VENDOR SHALL BE CAPABLE OF PROVIDING ALL NEEDED REPAIRS , CLEANING, AND REFINISHING OVER THE LIFE OF THE GARMENT. PRICES FOR THESE SERVICES WILL BE NEGOTIATED.

SAMPLES

APPARENT LOW BIDDER MUST SUBMIT WITH THEIR BID A SAMPLE THAT MEETS ALL SPECIFICATIONS AS TO CONSTRUCTION, MATERIAL, STYLE AND WORKMANSHIP.

WARRANTY

FIVE YEARS FOR DEFECTS IN EITHER WORKMANSHIP OR MATERIALS.
